A hot tub is the job most haulers quote high and then reschedule. It's heavy, it's usually behind a gate that's narrower than the tub, and it can't go in a bin whole.
Ty does these. The spa comes apart where it sits, goes into the trailer in pieces, and the pad it was sitting on gets swept.
It gets drained first, then the shell is cut down into sections light enough to carry by hand. That's what makes a backyard tub possible without a crane and without taking your fence apart.
If the tub is hardwired to a breaker rather than plugged in, have a licensed electrician disconnect it before the appointment. Ty hauls — he doesn't touch live electrical, and you don't want a hauler who says otherwise.
Access is the whole story. A tub on an open patio with a straight shot to the driveway is a short job. One sunk into a deck, up a flight of stairs, or behind a 32-inch side gate takes longer, and the quote reflects that.
Tell Ty on the phone which one you've got, or send a photo from the gate looking in. That one picture is usually the difference between a rough range and a firm number.
Drain it if you can — a full tub holds hundreds of gallons and none of it can ride in the trailer. If you can't, say so when you book and he'll plan for it.

Most tubs come with something built around them — a deck skirt, a pergola, a run of fence that has to come out to get the tub through. Light demo is work Ty already does, so it can go in the same trip instead of becoming a second project.

Ty doesn't run a published rate card, and he doesn't charge by the hour while you watch the clock. A price depends on three things: how much room it takes in the trailer, how heavy it is, and whether it's a flat quote for the whole job.
