Heavy material is a different kind of load

Concrete, brick, dirt, rock, and roofing tear-off hit the trailer's weight limit long before they fill it up. A trailer that looks a third full of broken concrete is a full load, and any hauler who quotes it purely on volume is either new or about to reprice you on site.

So heavy material is quoted separately and honestly, and you hear that on the phone.

Ty doesn't run a published rate card, and he doesn't charge by the hour while you watch the clock. A price depends on three things: how much room it takes in the trailer, how heavy it is, and whether it's a flat quote for the whole job.

You get that number free — over the phone, or on site if it's easier — before anything gets loaded. It doesn't move afterwards. No surprise fees once the trailer's full, which is the part most people have been burned on before.

Do you do the demo or only the hauling?

Both. Light demo — sheds, decks, fences, interior teardowns — is part of the work, and it goes out in the same trip.

Can you take concrete and dirt?

Yes, but heavy material is quoted separately because it hits the weight limit before it fills the trailer.

Can you come more than once on a project?

Yes. Multiple loads and recurring accounts are normal for contractors and property managers.

Will you take asbestos?

No. That's specialist abatement work and it isn't something a hauler should be offering to do.
