Estate work is almost never really about the junk. There's a probate date, a listing date, a sibling flying back on Sunday, and a house that has to be empty before any of it can happen.
What you want from a hauler here is someone who shows up when he said, doesn't need supervising, and doesn't make the week worse. That's the pitch.
Before anything moves, walk it with Ty or leave a note on what stays — a room, a dresser, a box of paperwork, the contents of one closet. Flagged items don't get loaded.
If you can't be there, blue tape on what stays works fine, and he'll call you from the house if something's ambiguous rather than guess.
Realtors are the other half of this work. A pre-listing cleanout has a hard date attached to it because the photographer is already booked, and a hauler who slips two days costs you a week on market.
