A garage fills up one reasonable decision at a time, and then one day the car lives in the driveway permanently.
This is the most common call Ty gets. It's also the one people put off longest, usually because they think they have to sort everything first. You don't.
Point at what stays and what goes. Ty loads the rest. People routinely spend three weekends organising a garage before a hauler arrives, which is three weekends spent doing the hauler's job for him.
If it's easier, pull the handful of things you're keeping into the driveway and let him take the room.
Old furniture, broken appliances, bikes nobody's ridden since a different house, paint-stained camping gear, the treadmill, half a deck's worth of scrap lumber, boxes that moved with you twice and never got opened.
Scrap metal, e-waste, tires, and mattresses all ride in the same load — you don't need to make separate arrangements for them.
Garages are also where the hazardous stuff collects, and none of it can go in the trailer: paint, solvents, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, pesticides, car batteries. Those need a household hazardous waste drop-off, which most counties run for free.

A packed two-car garage is usually somewhere around half a 15-yard trailer, and a hoarded one can be the whole thing. That's why the quote is free and why a photo is worth more than a paragraph of description.

Pricing
Ty doesn't run a published rate card, and he doesn't charge by the hour while you watch the clock. A price depends on three things: how much room it takes in the trailer, how heavy it is, and whether it's a flat quote for the whole job.
You get that number free — over the phone, or on site if it's easier — before anything gets loaded. It doesn't move afterwards. No surprise fees once the trailer's full, which is the part most people have been burned on before.
